Refund & Return Policy

Please note: All our products are made to order. We do not keep ready stock, and each piece is crafted specifically for you.

Eligibility for Returns

Since all items are made to order, we accept returns only for size exchanges or in cases of defects/damage.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at belavous@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Refund

  • We do not offer refunds in cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
  • Refunds are only issued as store credit (valid for 3 months).
  • If your return is approved, we will notify you and issue store credit accordingly.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at belavous@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Intimate wear (underwear, bikini, monokini, tankini, bandeaukini, lingerie, bras, and caftans).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Discounted or sale items.
  • Gift cards.

If you have any questions about a specific item, please reach out before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • We only offer size exchanges for eligible products.
  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing an order.

No exchanges are offered on:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear (bikini, monokini, tankini, bandeaukini), lingerie, bras, underwear, and caftans.

Customization Policy

Request Timeline: Customization requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Process: Contact our support team with details for consultation and approval.

Charges: Additional costs may apply based on complexity and materials.

Final Approval: Custom work begins only after confirmation from the customer.

Non-Returnable: Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
